MYOB uses a centralised my.MYOB account for all products. Entering company-file credentials instead of your my.MYOB login is a frequent mistake.

Subscription Lapsed

MYOB blocks login when the subscription has expired. You must renew before access is restored.

Browser or App Cache

Cached session data from a previous login can conflict with a new session, causing blank screens or redirect loops.

Firewall or Network Block

Corporate firewalls or strict DNS settings can block MYOB's authentication servers, particularly on AccountRight desktop.

How to Fix MYOB Login Errors

Fix 1

Reset Your my.MYOB Password

    Check your inbox for the reset link (check spam if it does not arrive within 5 minutes).

    Set a new password and attempt login. If you use MYOB AccountRight desktop, also re-enter the new credentials when prompted inside the app.

Check Your MYOB Subscription Status

    Ask your account administrator to log in to my.MYOB.com directly.

    Navigate to My Account and check the subscription status and renewal date.

    If lapsed, renew the subscription -- login access is restored automatically within a few minutes of payment.

Clear Browser Cache (MYOB Browser / AccountRight Web)

    Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) in your browser.

    Select All time as the range and clear cookies and cached files.

    For AccountRight desktop, close the app completely, reopen it, and re-enter your my.MYOB credentials.
